We are very relaxed but ask for set hours (ie. Mon.--Thurs. 10am to 4 pm).  As an employee, we offer access to our ping pong table, pool table and dart board.  Break room with a 42inch television equipped with a Wii and Netflix access.  As well as, a microwave, toaster oven, blender, and 2 refrigerators for your access.  All we ask is you treat all equipment as it was your own (on a good day).
We expect you to show up and if their is any problem a simple email will do.  Mainly so we do not worry about you.  We are a new company with an amazing leader!  We want to add to our incredible group of programmers, with individuals who encourage us to growth as a company and personally.
